We are Marcela & Daniel.

The passion for travel and our experiences as students and later as professionals in different types of accommodation around the world, encouraged us to develop an idea that contemplated the key of concepts for this type of living spaces.

This idea became a reality in 2014 when we joined our knowledge of architecture and administration and embarked on this new challenge of creating spaces for exchange students and young professionals starting a new stage away from home.

Our designs and equipment are modern and based on comfort and functionality through which we offer temporary room rental in Bonn, Germany, and in Barcelona in Spain.

ABOUT BONN

The city of Bonn is located on the banks of the Rhine river in the German state of North-Rhine- Westphalia. With a population of over 300,000. About 24 km (15 mi) Bonn is in the southernmost part of the Rhine-Ruhr region, Germany's largest metropolitan area, with over 11 million inhabitants.

Bonn was founded in the 1st century BC as a Roman settlement. Is one of Germany's oldest cities.

It is famously known as the birthplace of Ludwig Van Beethoven in 1770. The Beethoven-Haus now houses a museum with the largest Beethoven collection in the world.

From 1949 to 1990, Bonn was the capital of West Germany. From 1990 to 1999, Bonn served as the seat of government but no longer the capital of reunited Germany.

Every spring people are able to observe a very special natural event transforming the narrow roads of Altstadt neighborhood into an amazing tunnel of pink cherry blossoms creating the most beautiful tree tunnels.

The University of Bonn (Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn) offers many undergraduate and graduate programs in a range of subjects and has more than five hundred professors and more than 32,500 students from around the world.
