  • How do I make an online reservation?
    First choose the room you like, check availability and read carefully the conditions. Send us an email or write us through the web site to make the booking.
  • I made a reservation. What's next?
    We do not charge booking fees. You will receive an email with the subsequent process and also for your arrival. You will pay the final price in Euros.
  • Can I cancel a booking?
    If the cancellation is made up to forty-five days before the date of arrival you will be charged 50% of the amount paid. Cancellations from forty-five to one day before the arrival; the amount paid will not be refunded. If the service provider succeeds in renting out the accommodation affected by the withdrawal in a different way, he shall pass on this reduction in damages to the customer, less a lump sum of EUR 50.00 for the replacement of services already rendered and the additional costs caused by the customer's withdrawal.
  • Can I visit a property before I book?
    Visits to the property, only after reservation is possible subject to availability. It will be essential to make the booking before.
  • Who will I be living with?
    We have tenants of all ages and nationalities in our properties. They are students and young professionals.
  • What payment system do we accept?
    We accept bank transfers and PayPal. If the interested parties mean of payment is different from Euro, the sending bank may apply additional charges that must be assumed by the interested party. The price will be charged only in Euro.
  • Should I make other payments?
    We ask for two months deposit (refundable) and a one-time payment of between 50 to 70€ for final cleaning. Upon arrival and delivery of the keys the tenant will have 24 hours to make the payment of the deposit for the room.
  • What happens if I don’t like the property I’ve moved into?
    You will be able to verify the property at your arrival time. If there is a significant difference with the room you booked, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live. If there are more serious issues, we can help cover the cost of a hotel, or refund the money if necessary.
