The property is an old renovated house located in the Altstadt district.
This narrow house has three levels with a total surface area of 150 sqm and consists of fourth double rooms (from 1 to 4), one loft apartment, three bathrooms, a kitchen, a patio, laundry, and a basement.
The house is shared by five to six people.
All the rooms are fully furnished with a double bed of 1.40 x 200 m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, curtains, internet, door lock, and central heating.
Room number 1 and 2 share one bathroom located on the street level.
Room number 3 and 4 have a private bathroom located on the street level of the house.
Loft apartment (number 5) has a livingroom, bedroom , kitchen , bathroom and a little storage place. Is located upstairs.
The price includes heating, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV and radio tax mandatory in Germany), chimney sweep, a flat rate for the internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and careataker services.
The property has a basement, laundry, patio, and spaces for bicycles available in the garden.

We prepare the necessary documents to manage the registration (Anmeldung) at the city council. For contracts with a minimum stay of three months.
For payments, we work with contract Fortnightly: The contract will always start at the beginning of the first fortnight (the first two weeks) of the month. The first fortnight of every month goes from the 1st until the 15th, and the second fortnight goes from the 16th until the end of any given month.
All services and local taxes are included in the rental price.
