The apartments have provisional tourist licenses. For rent per day, with a maximum stay of 31 days,
are located in the same property in Avenida Gaudi in the Eixample district in an old renovated building.
The apartments have an area between 65 to 75 sqm, 4 bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen. Some have a balcony overlooking the famous Basilica Sagrada Familia.
The rooms have areas from 5 to 13 sqm.
The building has a lift and a caretaker.
The apartments are fully furnished with a double bed (of 140 x 200 cm) and/ or a single bed ( 90 x 200 m), for five and six persons.
Cleanning fees: 110 EUR
Bond : 200 EUR
All services are included in the daily rental.
Mandatory in Barcelona:
1.- Payment of the tourist tax : (not included in the reservation). The value is 5 EUR per person/night. The amounts are applied per person and day/night with a limit of 7 days/nights.
2.- Registration of guests : The lodging establishments must communicate to the General Police Department the data of the persons lodged in the property.
The information for the payment of tourist taxes and guest registration will be sent prior to arrival, so that the guest can do it in advance, in order to share the information for the entry.
