The property is located in Südstadt neighborhood, in an old renovated building, on the fourth floor (without elevator) with a total surface area of 120 sqm and has fourth double rooms (from 11 to 20 sqm), one large bathroom, a kitchen.
It is fully equipped for fourth persons. All the rooms are for single use.
All the rooms are fully furnished with a double bed of 1.40 x 200 m, mattress, bedding, wardrobe, towels, desk, lamps, shelves, side tables, bedside table, armchair, curtains, internet, door lock, and central heating.
The price includes heating, warm/cold water, property tax of the city of Bonn, garbage fees, GEZ (TV and radio tax mandatory in Germany), chimney sweep, a flat rate for the internet via wireless LAN (WLAN), and Hausmeister services.
The property has laundry in the basement and storage for bicycles.

OTHERS
We prepare the necessary documents to manage the registration (Anmeldung) at the city council. For contracts with a minimum stay of three months.
For payments, we work with contract Fortnightly: The contract will always start at the beginning of the first fortnight (the first two weeks) of the month. The first fortnight of every month goes from the 1st until the 15th, and the second fortnight goes from the 16th until the end of any given month.
All services and local taxes are included in the rental price.
