The places you see have all been prepared, designed, and equipped by us from the start.

We formulate and plan the development of the project. We make improvements and small renovations, contract basic services, design, make the purchases, assemble the furniture, prepare the rooms and decorate them, make the graphic images, and once ready, we finally offer the final product to the client.

Each property is a new challenge for us. It has its own specialties, difficulties, and opportunities. This makes each place a unique project in equipment, work, and design.
